Think yourself to new heights. 

 

Words have the power to change your thinking and that changes how you see and respond to everything in your life. Affirmations are a way to tap in to their power and align yourself with your desires. They can also help overcome stress, anxiety and low esteem.

 

Writing your own affirmations means you can personalise the words to address your needs. It is like penning your own mind medicine. Remember that affirmations focus on the positive. Rather than dwelling on what you don't want, affirmations declare your desires as real in the present.  Here are a few examples: 

 

 

"I love and care for myself."

"Happiness shines through all I do."

"I can do this!"

"I put my ideas forward with clarity."

"I bring value to all situations."

"My life is filled with possibility."

 

Remember, thinking positive is the first step to positive living! 

 

For some extra optimism, carry a tigers eye crystal in your pocket or wear it on a chain. Anytime you start to feel anxious or doubtful, hold it in your hand and say to yourself:

 

"The sun is shining on me. I make good things happen."
