Foods affect us emotionally and spiritually, with their nutritional content, and also their colour. 

 

RED FOOD = Be bolder, have more energy and increase your passion.

ORANGE FOOD = Decision making, tackling a challenge and increase happiness.

YELLOW FOODS = New friendships, feel positive, boost the nervous system.

GREEN FOODS = Stability, healing and loving life. 

BLUE FOODS = Clearing thoughts, overcoming worry, better sleep. 

PURPLE FOODS = Spirituality, increased sensitivity and getting creative.
